have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. *** of Marc's Auto Body says he has explained to me that money was a bit tight over the holidaysThis is incorrectI have not had any communication from *** since he paid me the dollars in early OctoberIn addition, he has not responded to emails I sent in November and December to ask him to pay, as detailed in the original complaintHis lack of response and interest in paying me what he owes me is why I filed the complaint in the first placeI don’t believe him when he says things are slow and I am very offended at the suggestion that I should be in a position to just essentially lend him money for months until he thinks it fit to payI am also deeply offended by the attitude that he thinks it is ok to take money like this from his customersI want him to pay the $plus 20% interest he owes me ASAP, via a bankers checkThe interest should be calculated from September 4, 2015, which is when the car rental charge and the bounced check fees showed up on my credit cardGiven his history of writing bad checks, I will not accept a personal check
