I recently contacted Marc's Tree Service to have trees removedFrom day one, xxxxx was personable and professional On the day of the tree removal, I arrived home just as the crew was finishing up the jobI can honestly say, I was speechlessThe guys were awesome! They were working together like a well-oiled machineThey were courteous and respectful and left my yard in good condition, just as xxxxx had promised I highly recommend Marc'sTree Service and would definitely hire them again

This is the second time we have used Marc's tree service Excellent crew both times, crew is busy efficient and professional We had several trees cut down and the clean up from the crew was excellent We would highly and have recommend them to friends and neighbors

xxxxx crew cut down three trees and cleaned up old debris for us They did and excellent job, were very professional and did not waste any time We would highly recommend xxxxx company xxxxx and xxxxx xxxxx

xxxxx has done a detailed review on our property, made good suggestions, had provided reasonable pricing and did do the service of cutting down trees at the agreed upon time He and his employees are very friendly people and a pleasure to work with They cleaned up very well after their work We are very satisfied

The short and sweet of it: these guys are awesomeDon't keep calling around, just use them I engaged Marc's tree service to remove a very large tree between my and my neighbor's houseAfter I left a message with his office, Marc personally called me to schedule a time to come out and give a free estimateHe and his crew showed up on time and gave me an estimate that was in line or lower than that I received from other tree service providersMarc was very professional and handled the project personally the entire time, which really impressed meMarc was very busy due to a large storm in the area, so it took a few weeks for me to get on the final schedule, but Marc was transparent about timing and kept me updated with text messages and calls Once scheduled, his professional team showed up on time and did a grade A+ jobThey communicated the process thoroughly to me and took the time to understand all my questions and ideasExample: they chopped and stacked a bunch of firewood cut from the tree for me! I also asked about keeping the wood chips; they took apart part of my fence (and perfectly reassmbled it when done) so they could back the truck down and dump the chips where I wanted them! This level of service is truly above and beyond I couldn't ask for moreI will be recommending them in the Charlotte metro area to anyone who needs tree service

I met xxxxx when he came to give my neighbor an estimate and asked that he give me one as well I had him do some pruning and was so pleased that I had him back to take down a tree and prune others He is punctual, has a nice crew and leaves your yard clean!

GREAT GREAT GREAT WORK!! In our backyard, xxxxx and his team made the older trees in our yard safe for our family again by getting major problem limbs away from our houseThey also properly pruned our HUGE Crepe Myrtles in our front yard (that I was tempted to completely cut back and start fresh, luckily xxxxx talked me out of it explaining the value they add to our home) and now they look like young and lively and have a perfect shape, which also adds to the curb appeal of our home!!! Also, xxxxx and his team was extremely friendly AND KNOWLEDGABLE! Everyone was polite and friendlyWhen they were done with all of the tree work, they blowed our yard and cleaned up everything, you couldn't even tell they were there xxxxx and his team are a great crew and I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use next time I need tree work!!!

He and his crew took out several trees for us and they were careful of all surrounding trees and they left our yard very clean and neat. I needed a pine tree between my and my neighbors house cut down due to damage that it had caused to his house during a major wind storm I had worked with *** in the past on a much larger job so called him to give me a quote for this single tree removal He provided the best quote and schedule to do the tree in about a week His crew showed up on time and did the work very quickly and efficiently They took down a roughly ft pine that was hanging over the neighbors house with the precision of a surgeon, and were cleaned up and on their way in about 1/hour I was very happy with ***'s Tree Service and would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal or trimming

After our storm the first week of October I reached out to Marc for a bid to remove a tree that had fallenHe contacted me promptly and scheduled a time to meet with meDuring our meeting he pointed out several large trees that were dead and a hazard to our home as well as some shrubsHe was very concerned about the trees and was shocked they had not fallen on our house yetHe knew budget was of concern and offered to work out a payment plan if neededThankfully I did not need to resort to that but, appreciated that he was willing to do it for me to get those trees addressedHis crew showed up on time as promised and they were very friendly and professional indivualsThey also cleaned up after themselves leaving it look better than they had found it! Marc's stump grinders came out today and again very professional and friendly men! They also cleaned up after themselvesI could not be any more pleased! Marc knew that I would need to hire a landscaper to address the yard he referred a guy who he trusts and does good work to meI called today and will be meeting with him tomorrow! Marc's Tree Service rocksWe got enough wind and rain from Hurricane Matthew to bring one of our big oaks down on the houseWe emailed Marc's Tree Service on Saturday and got a request for pictures a few hours laterMarc came out Monday morning and had his guys here by early afternoon, even though we're pretty far off the beaten path
It was a tough job because it was a big tree, but also because the tree had fallen within an inch of busting through a big picture windowWe were all placing bets on whether or not the guys would be able to get that monster off without it coming through the windowI think Marc might have even been betting against them, but those guys were amazingThey tied it off to surrounding trees, made precise cuts and it came swinging down perfectlyThen they finished cutting up the logs to our specs, stacked the firewood, chipped the branches, piled up the mulch and blew off everything
We were extremely impressed with their competence and professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone
