Review: On sept 19, 2014 I purchased in store in Manhattan a package of marcal small steps toilet paper (20 pack). Item # [redacted] upx code# [redacted]. Upon opening package and wanting to use the product. I found it to be so substandard that I will not use on my sensitive skin. They may have gotten their paper supply mixed up because this paper is more for wiping windows, counter tops or floors. I called marcal 800 customer service telephone number and got a msg to leave a msg and they would get back to me in 24 hours. I tried also by email.. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I want them to send me a postage paid label to ship back to them and a refund for this unsatisfactory product. Please helpDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for this substandard toilet paper. And for them to take back their awful product.
