have never received an email from her and she will not provide one for our recordsI went outside our company policy and called this guest about the missing coatI shared with her that we had a coat and gloves that matched the description she provided us, her response was that the "fur on the collar was shorter than hers"We have called every guest that was in on that same day-twice, to confirm that someone had not accidentally taken her jacketWe have spoken to every guest and have no reason to believe any of them have a similar jacketWe believe, based on the original description of the jacket and gloves that were left at the salon, that we have her jacket and glovesI have spoken to this guest once, I let her know we were doing everything possible to contact every guest that was in that day, we have done thatAs a business, we cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen in the salonWe have been in business for yrs and have never had a single item stolen while a guest was visitingWe have cooperated with the police fully and have done everything in our power to help resolve this matterI am sorry if this guest doesn't agree with our policy.Please let her know, based on the description she gave, we believe we have her jacket and gloves and she can pick them up or we can mail them to her.DanielPresidentMarcDaniel Salon
