Review: on 4/**/15, at approximately 2:30pm, I was approached a gentlemen who was holding up a [redacted] sign at [redacted] Airport in [redacted]. He asked me where I was going and I told him I was heading back to my home in the [redacted]. I told him that I will request a [redacted] car via the app, but he stated that there is one parked near us. He told me that the price was going to be 65 dollars including tolls. This price was a bit high since [redacted] usually charges around 52 dollars including 20 percent tip, and all tolls for the same trip. I figured maybe they were having a very busy day and the price went up for the day. As I entered the car, I asked the driver if he works for [redacted] just to make sure. He stated that he did so I typed in my address into his GPS. Everything went well until we reached my destination. That is when he stated that he will be charging me 80 dollars. I told him that the agreement was 65 dollars. He stated that I was confused and that it was 65 dollars plus tolls. When I told him what I usually pay with [redacted], he started making up a bunch of excuses as to why it was cheaper, such as day time rates, new drivers get paid less, etc. There was no reasoning with him and I needed to get my luggage out of his trunk, so I paid him and got out of his car. A few minutes later, I get an email with the receipt that I requested and that was when I found out he does not work for [redacted]. The receipt has the Company's real name, Marce Limos Corp on it. I completed disgusted with this company as they lied to me on two counts. They have a dishonest practice and should not be operating under false pretenses.Desired Settlement: I believe this company is engaged in illegal business practices and should be fined and persuaded to change their ways. I demand that they stop lying to customers. I also believe that I should be refunded 30 dollars since I usually pay around 50 dollars with [redacted]; the company they led me to believe they were.

Review: On Monday, October **, 2015, I flew into LaGuardia Airport in need of a ride to Purchase, NY. On my way to the taxi stand a man holding an Uber sign stopped me and asked me if I needed a ride. I told him I needed to go to Purchase NY. He said he could get me there, they could take a credit card and I would receive a receipt. He then lead me to a limo around the corner. After punching in the address into the driver's GPS we proceeded to take the 33 minute drive. It's all highways from LaGuardia to Purchase, NY; however, it wasn't long before we were getting off the highway and traveling through the Bronx. We sat through quite a few lights. He kept acting as though he was missing his turn. We got onto service roads, then off of service roads. We would get on a highway, then get off the highway. We went on access roads, then back into the Bronx for more traffic lights, etc. After an hour we finally arrived in Purchase, NY. The fare was $130 and then he asked me to tip him. Being new to Uber and using LaGuardia, etc. I tipped him. The bill came to $170.00. It was after I received the receipt that I realized this was not Uber. I asked several coworkers who used Uber from LaGuardia and they all told me they had paid no more than $80.00. The receipt I received had a feedback form available if I was unhappy. I filled it out and told them the driver deliberately went out of his way (way out of his way) in order to jack up the price. I also told them he asked me for a tip but that Uber doesn't charge for a tip (something I didn't know at the time). I requested a $70.00 refund and have yet to hear back from them. I tried using their feedback form again but it informed me I had already used the form and there was no option to follow-up. I looked them up online where I found they do not have a website or a phone number. I will not be able to expense the entire fare and would like a refund for $70.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $70.00 since the driver deliberately went out of his way in order to jack up the price.
