We are sorry for the additional time it took to complete and return MsS [redacted] s tweezers We offer this free sharpening service to all Tweezerman customers worldwide and do our best to expedite the return in a timely manner Our turnaround time is 4-weeks however we did have a couple of setbacks and are running behind schedule The website is being updated to reflect this delay so that all of our customers are aware of this I have MsS [redacted] s tweezer's in my possession and will be sending them out today 4/ [redacted] along with a letter of apology and prepaid envelope for future servicesOnce again we apologize for this inconvenience

As promised in my original response, the package was mailed out on 4/* via ***. The tracking number is *** - with an arrival date of 4/**.Delivery time from NY to CA is usually about business days. Once again we apologize for the delay in returning your serviced tweezers
