I was not aware of this complaint until this morning. I was aware of the dispute and had not yet followed up with the customer. As soon as I read this email I attempted to refund the money from square but received a message indicating that the transaction was not eligible for a refund. I...
am not sure why. I contacted the customer asking if she has a [redacted] account that I might be able to use to send her a refund. I am waiting for her response.[redacted]
Review: On 11/15 I paid $112.88 for an order of three fine art prints framed in black frame at the craft fair at [redacted], a farm in the "Apple Hill" area of Placerville. The vendor was [redacted], from Marcella's Gifts. She was going to print, frame and ship them to me. I did not receive them. The payment was posted on 11/17: 11/17/2014 Debit Card TransactionSQ Marcella's Gifts Placerville CA 11/15$112.88 I got an email "receipt" from her and she texted the pictures of the maps she was going to reproduce, frame and ship. I followed up with phone calls to the phone number from which I got the text with the photos [redacted] and email to [redacted] but I haven't received any response. I did not buy the prints from the brick and mortar store. I got that address from a search based on the name on my bank statement from when the payment was posted.Desired Settlement: When I first followed up in email, I requested she ship the prints and provide a tracking number. Given the lack of response, I'm convinced that she has no intention of sending me the prints I paid for and at this point I just want a refund of the $112.88 that I paid.
