Concerning this case, we did everything we were suppose to do, we picked up the sofa and delivered the sofa with the color Ms. [redacted] picked out. After that she said we had the wrong material so she came over and picked out what she wanted, which was more expensive then the material she had chosen...

with the original price. We picked up the sofa and chair again and explained to her that we were going to order the material and after we started working.on the sofa she was going to come and check the develope of the chair. She didnt like the wait of tume and she called and daid she was going to pick up the sofa herself, she did not want anything else and she wanted all her money back and I asked her that atleast we need to collect for our material and labor. Were willing to work with her on refunding some of the money back to her. And she would keep her sofa and chair and we would return half of what she spend due to her keeping her sofa and chair reuphlkstered with our material. Sorry im responding late but when I spoke the a rep from Revdex.com I explained to her that I was out of town. Thank you for your understanding and ill be waiting for a answer from you guys. this letter is in response to complaint ID [redacted]. Throughout this letter the name [redacted] will be used to identify the complainant. On July 9, 2014 I [redacted] and [redacted] went to [redacted] home for an estimate to re-upholster a sofa,  two large chairs, and two stools. [redacted] paid 500 dollars cash...

down payment on the ninth after agreeing to all the work. On this day [redacted] also chose the material she wanted for the sofa, the chairs, and the stools. Along with the material she chose, [redacted] also chose the foam that we were to use on her sofa and chairs. On July 14, 2014 we delivered the two chairs and the two stools exactly the way she asked for them. In fact, she mentioned how beautiful they were and loved the custom work we did. On the 14th of July we told [redacted] that her sofa would take an additional two weeks for completion and she was satisfied with the timeline. Two weeks later as we promised we delivered the sofa to [redacted] and at this time she paid the remaining of the amount due. [redacted] said she loved the sofa and hoped that the sofa will fit in her new place. However, [redacted] did not like the pillows and was dissatisfied with the foam only. She liked the upholstery work done to her sofa but did not like the foam that she originally requested. [redacted] stated that the new foam was too firm. She asked us to take back only the pillows from the sofa and to replace the new foam with the old foam. As per [redacted] request we completed the work in two days and delivered the pillows to her home with the old foam back in the pillows. On this day [redacted] was again dissatisfied with the pillows complaining that they did not fit properly. [redacted] asked us to take the entire sofa with pillows back to the store and to fix the pillows so that they fit exactly to her liking. [redacted] explained that she did not want us to deliver the sofa upon completion; instead, she said that she would be in the store to make sure the sofa was to her liking. Two days later we called [redacted] to informed her that her sofa was ready. When we called that day I spoke to her daughter because [redacted] could not come to the phone. I told [redacted] daughter that the sofa was ready and that they can come and inspect the sofa and make sure it is to their liking. This phone call became very intense because [redacted] daughter became extremely belligerent over the phone. [redacted] daughter was using vulgar language and was very disrespectful with her words. Nevertheless, the phone call ended with [redacted] and her daughter knowing that the sofa was ready. One week later the sofa is still in the store and no [redacted]. I called [redacted] to remind her that the sofa was ready and [redacted] became very agitated over the phone yelling that she did not want the sofa back and instead wanted her money back. To this day we still have [redacted] sofa in our store which we truly don’t have the room for. [redacted] and I agreed on her coming back to the store and inspecting the sofa. We have been very [redacted]ient and kept close communication along with follow through. We are glad that [redacted]  went to the Revdex.com in hopes of resolving this issue.

Review: On 2/12/15 Marcelas draperies picked up my sofa and chair to be reupholsterd. A month later my furniture was returned with the wrong fabric and cushions removed, sofa altered showing the back of sofa with three pillows not the one pillow across the back of sofa. A month later sofa and chair returned to home with no cushions and broken leg on sofa and back of sofa needing repair. 4/21/15 sofa and chair returned to shop where it has remained. I went to shop on 6/20/15 and was told sofa and chair was not ready and I would hear from Mrs [redacted] in 2 or three weeks and told sales person that was unacceptable. I was speaking at that time to young Mr [redacted]. I went back 6/20/15 and informed Mr. [redacted] to return my furniture and my money $1090.31 to finish this business of excuses and unprofessionalism. Thank youDesired Settlement: Because of the length of time and excuses along with not giving me the material I choose I would like my money returned and my furniture . Since I was told it would be three weeks before I would hear from the [redacted]'s I prefere my furniture the way I sent it , minus, the old covering and my money returned. The last contact I had with the [redacted]s was 6/22/15. thak you
