Thank you for allowing Material Handling Exchange the opportunity to provide our side of this claimI personally have been involved with this account alongside the salesman, Corey ***...since April 9, The point of contact with [redacted] was the purchasing manager, [redacted] ***We discussed the condition of the shelving on two separate occasions, substantiating the conversation with the photos to ensure transparency, since the shelving being sold is usedThe material arrived at the customer's facility on May 6thOn May 7th, we spoke with [redacted] to help walk him through the installation process, he thanked us for the material, acknowledged that he received everything exactly how he was expecting to receive itMHE offers installation, however due to budget constraints; [redacted] opted to install the shelving themselvesOn May 8th, we learned our warehouse mistakenly sent some of the wrong pieces in order to properly configure the system...from which we immediately sent replacement parts at the expense of Material Handling Exchange to rectify the issue [redacted] went on vacation the week of May 11thThe owner, [redacted] , reached out to Corey [redacted] to express her distaste for the material that was receivedWe tried to understand the issues at hand from which [redacted] provided photos, reflecting the exact condition that her purchasing manager, [redacted] ***, understood the product to be inUnfortunately ***'s understanding of the condition, and what [redacted] was aware of, did not meet ***'s expectationsWe have asked to arrange a conference call between the purchasing manager (***) and owner (***) of [redacted] ***, the owners and upper management with MHE; however we have been denied this request by [redacted] ***Further, we have repeatedly attempted to make concessions, even though MHE is in the right, however [redacted] refuses to allow us to make this rightAttached is my most recent conversation with [redacted] ***, where both parties understand the call is being recorded...where MHE is willing to substantiate all claims made above about the expectations of the purchasing managerAlso included is the signed quote with accurate photos of the product they receivedWe have been in this business long enough to know that sometimes you simply can't please everyone...we want nothing more than to help offset any inconvenience, however [redacted] has simply been unwilling to allow us to do soMark Mark [redacted] Director of Operations
