To whom this may concern, This letter is to response back from the complaint we had I’m Yanira n*** and I am a manager at marcellos pizza I took the lady’s order over the phone she said she took prices from online but the online
price are different from the one in downtown york we have about five marcellos in york pa and when I took her order and told her the price she never told me it was to high or why is it to expensive so I thought it was okay when our customers call in for delivery we ask for a number and she was a new customerWell when our delivery driver got there with her food she said she didn’t want anymore because of the price again she never told me she had a problem about the price so she called the pizza shop to talk about it but instead she started cursing at my employee (Joel) he tried to explain but she never let my employee talk to explain why the prices were different or anything in that nature so since she cursed at him he said well u have a good day and hung up the phone and that’s what happen but as an adult I would of called calmly and see if things could have been fixed we are not people that over charge and like to argue we always try to resolve it to make our customers happy but I think she was just having a bad dayFor as apologizing I don’t think we didn’t do anything wrong to her if maybe she would of called calmly we could’ve handle it better but we don’t except people cursing at us
