I dont agree with the business at all. When I brought my ring to them all of my stones were in my ring and NONE of them were missing at all. I have pictures to prove this to them along with my receipt of when I brought it and that it arrived to my house that day. I never agreed with there store sales lady, once she handed me my ring back I left there store putting it in my box ( assuming that my ring was fine and in the same condition that I it was when I handed it to her to check my stones. Which was with none of my stones missing at all.) The girl who had blond hair working the next day even said to my niece and I that she isnt even trained to be checking my stones. If that is the case then why did she take my ring in the first place and start poking around at my stones? She should of said im not trained to do this. Then she put my ring in an ultrasonic jewerly cleaner knowing that my ring has pave set side stones and shouldnt be put in one, cause the pressure of it can knock them loose or make them fall out. I had to pay $63.00 to have my one stone replaced and this shouldnt be my responsibility. Im not the one who wrecked my ring. Plus I had to put up with your store associate going off on my niece and I the next day with her threats to us.
If Revdex.com wants me to mail them all of my before and after pictures, my sales reciept and delivery reciept, plus the reciept of what it cost me to have fixed I will mail it out to them.
I want them to rebuse me for what it costed me to have my side diamond replaced, which was $63.00.
Please have [redacted] send to me a copy of her receipt for $63.00 and the repair shop stating that her stone came out because of a ring cleaning and not her mounting structures fault.

[redacted] brought her ring into my store for a free cleaning. Her ring was cleaned and given back to her. Both she and my sales associate agree that all stones were intact in her mounting and no stones were missing.
If she has a problem with her mounting I suggest she return...
to the place she purchased.

I havent received anything In the mail from Shabree Jeweler. I will not accept this until I receive a check for what it cost me to have my stone replaced. Once I receive that I will accept and close out this compliant wirh them. Until then I am not satisfied.
