March Group LLP Reviews (1)

I'm writing back on behave of Xquisite Catering about the complaint on the series provided on 6/
Arrival time was exactly at 6:pm (yes we were not minutes earlier because of traffic issues, but we were not that late)
We had a huge issue with the electricity issues which were
not solved by the people on site leaving us with no choice but to use only on skillet to warm up the tortillas.
On the previous talks yes you notice that you wanted the padrinos be served first, but first you never told us that at least 40% of the party were padrinos, second we had told you over and over that taquizas will required an amount of time to be served hot because we do them on site, therefore there's was no way we could have serve that number of people in such of short amount of time and no resources available.
We carried two CHEF'S CHOICE EQUIPMENT FOOD WARMER instead of the CHEF'S CHOICE EQUIPMENT FOOD CHAFER shown on the picture because it was supposed to be an inside facility with electricity which allows a better service, with homogenized food temperature.
Also we had two electric grills which were not able to use because of the continues problems with the electricity because of the usage of electricity capacity of the place we had to work only with one small skillet.
Also because of the continues problems one of our food warmers (which are more expensive than the chafer's) got burn down.
Regarding the table covers for the serving area, yes we took them, but the were insufficient, because we had to adjust, we had three tables two toward the wall on in the middle in order to reach the one working outlet in the middle of the venue, therefore it was not going to look nice if we only had two table covers.
The taquiza that was chosen did not include cilantro or onion because it was not a regular fajita tacoInstead she choose the bistec ranchero (which is meat with salsa) chicharron en salsa verde (pork skin with green salsa) and carne molida (which is ground beef with salsa) therefore no salsas were required.
Chargers in the photos were provided with an additional cost.
Waiters, yes you are totally and complete right, I had contracted a third party wait staff, which never arrivedWe still serve two complete tables, but you mother in law or mom (not to sure she said she was the quincenera grandmother) told the guest to pass on for the plates.
Her husband told the co-owner at the venue that everything was perfectCo-owner apologized for the waiting he said quote "the wait was worth it everything was perfect and delicious".
He ask for the kids to be served because pizzas were supposed to provided, which were not enoughTherefore plates were served at the party for no additional cost because of the hassle that the wait staff never got there.
Usually as it stays on the contract, for wait staff we charge percent (within the price we gave you) if you subtract that amount from the total it's $234.00
We serve in food an amount of $dollars, which compensates the lack of waiters.
At the end of the event, Mrs*** said, "everything was delicious"The co-owner insisted once again on the lack of wait staff, and Mrs*** said, "not a problem" and replied with a smile also "thanks so much for your services and everything".
She never reached out the owner, by phone or Facebook, which was the primary contactShe email the complain, which sincerely was a mistake on our behalf because it's not check on a regular basis.
When she talked bad about us over Facebook, immediately she had an answer, the owner called, but she never answeredAfter hours, they talk and she said she wanted % back, which is impossible because the food was servedThe owner told her she was going to talked about with the co-owner, which is not fair because either because a total of 240 plates were served, but We we are willing to work it out, but only if she pays for the $dollars of the additional meals served.
Mrs*** does not want to meet in person, she just wants for Xquisite Catering to mail a check, which is not possible, because doing that us the company will have no prove that she received it.
As you can see in the attachments that she provided none stipulates what she was complaining except for the wait staff and table covers.
Also she has already libel us on multiples groups of Facebook, affecting our image because she never wrote that we try to make things right, but the electricity issue was never fixed and we worked on what we had.
We never charge her for the burning of our equipment or anything until we reply the same way via Facebook she modify the post and add that we gave her plates for free
