As a retired veteran, I came across this company and product (PAT) via indiegogo for the funding and purchasing of this product to help with pain management. After more than a year of waiting the company stopped responding to the many people that have purchased and are awaiting delivery of their purchase. I've submitted many requests to the status of the order and when it would be shipped. It been more than 5 months now without any response.
This company is ripping off veterans and people buy selling a product that does not exist. please inform the authorities or issue a product and company bulletin so people do not fall for this scam.

Refund If company cannot delivery to me what I ordered than I would like a full refund. I ordered two of their systems and have yet to hear or receive anything from them; not even a kind reply to why it's still delayed.
The product in question, PAT, developed for pain relief was partially funded through a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. The funds were raised to help obtain FDA clearance to sell the product to the public. Unfortunately, this process has taken much longer than anyone anticipated, but is still in progress.
As everyone knows who supports a crowdfunding campaign, there is no guarantee that the product will ever be produced, much less sold. This is why we were offering the PAT device for a 30-45% discount. Our product is in stock, but the FDA clearance has not come through yet, to no fault of the company.
We are striving to obtain this clearance, but until we do, no product can be shipped. We are certainly not in the business to "rip" people off or steal their money, especially veterans.
I understand the circumstances under which the product was purchased. The problem the this company has is the nature of it's communication with the people that invested hard earned money to support this effort. Company stated products were on shelf ready to ship after FDA approval yet they have yet to communicate and and all information to the customers. They have not sent out one message in the last 5 month. No if someone was working on it, if they have hired anyone to fix the issue....nothing! They just disappeared as it seems most start-ups are now using this platform to do. Simple money grab with no regard to the customer as to the status of our purchase! Period. Doctors? Professionals? I don't think I've ever met a doctor that treated his or her patients in this manner! Be an adult and give us updates your just pull it and tell us you stole our money so that a class action lawsuit can be started. What a joke this company is. I'm tired of all the crap after one and a half years. Step up!
