Years ago an offer for [redacted] Pest Repellers was included, with my [redacted] Credit Card bill I ordered two for my father, as a gift They were charged to my [redacted] Credit Card Account, but I never received them I have talked with multiple customer service representatives, at [redacted] **, but they said they needed to have a closer estimate, of when my order had been placed Yesterday while working on other papers, I found info indicating, that the pest repellers were ordered, at least four years ago I again called [redacted] & they referred me to a supervisor, Maria I asked her what city she was in, & she said she was in Itasca, Illinois, & she was a supervisor for Marchand She said [redacted] **/ [redacted] had contracted with Marchand, to sell the pest repellers, but that Marchand no longer contracts with [redacted] **/ [redacted] ** They showed my purchase in their records She said their record shows they were shipped to me, in Sept I told her I never received them, & I requested either they send me replacement ones, or credit my [redacted] account, for the cost of them She refused to do either one, claiming she was unable to I told her I'd file a Revdex.com Complaint, if she wouldn't
