Marchando Motors

Review: would like submit a complaint and see what can be done about my current situation. I bought a car from [redacted], owner of Marchando Motors, in West Brownsville PA on December 10th, of 2012. When I bought the car I paid for a warranty on the car that would cover most small repairs needed on the car. After finding an issue on the car in August that would be covered by my warranty, I called the warranty company and that had no record what so ever of the warranty or my car. I called Mr.Marchando and he said to drop the car off with him and he would make sure the repairs were fixed. There have actually been two instances with repairs needed. Both times he took the car to a repair shop and the problem was not fixed so we had to make time in our schedules to take the car back a second time to be fixed properly.

Also each time he takes my car for repairs I am supposed to be issued a rental from him and this has only happened once, making it so that I have had to call of work because I had no transportation. He also is late every time we have had to meet with him.

In the warranty it also states that all repairs will be done by a certified car place and everytime we have gone to pick the car up it has been in a side of the road back door repair shop who usually do sloppy jobs. we also still the receipt that says we paid for the warranty and a pamphlet on the warranty. Also everytime we have actually gotten to talk to Mr.[redacted] on the phone he says he will call us back with the day or the next day and we will wait a week before having to cal him, again multiple times before he answers.

It is now November, almost an entire year since I bought the car and the warranty information still has not been turned in to the Company. I have had to call him multiple times a day to get one call back from him and each time he has a different excuse. I called him 3 times today before he said he had to search 3 hours for it and says he turned it in but I'm still not totally trusting him. Are there any actions we could take to make sure my warranty is taken care of and future problems are avoided?Desired Settlement: see Attached document
