This complaint is unfounded. When the complainant brought the issue of her hair to our attention, we addressed it in a courteous and professional matter to which she asserted that she was satisfied. The was no dispute to this issue and the matter has since been settled.

I wasn't satisfied because I went there two times to resolved the matter and they were being rude in fact that's when  Anonymous person who work there tell me that the styles doesn't have a license and she is not good with braiding
