At Rob Terry Cabinets our goal is to provide quality cabinets at affordable prices The *** project was handled differently than our regular projects as this customer is a relative of one of our employeesInstallation was not included and the cost of the project was discounted because the
employee was working on the project after hours for his family members We have attempted to help the employee resolve the issues by sending other employees out to the ***'s to fix some of the issues and allowing the employee time to work on the family project We are happy to supply touch up paint to the employee for him to take to his family member As this was not a regular project and the employee worked with family; we leave this to be resolved with the employee and his family.
