To begin our rebuttal, Marco Concrete Lifting has never issued a lifetime warranty on any of our servicesAll sump pumps are warrantied by the manufacturer for one yearMarco also issues a one year warranty on the labor portion of the

In regard to the above referenced complaint by one of our previous customers, Marco Concrete Lifting is still in the process of arriving at a solution for this particular jobAt the original time of work, this customer opted to have their own contractor wire and plumb the sump pump that Marco installedSince the completion of the work in October of 2013, the customer has phoned our company requesting an appointment for warranty workThe customer has cancelled several appointments to have our estimator visit the site to review any issuesAfter many attempts, our estimator finally received photos from one of the homeowners that showed that the sump pump was plumbed incorrectlyAt this time, our company has attempted again and again to reschedule said appointment; the homeowner refuses to meet in personThe homeowners will only communicate through e-mail in preparation for a potential law suit (by their own admission)
Therefore, our estimator cannot help him solve his issue because he will not keep any appointment attemptsAs of today, we have yet another appointment scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, at 1:p.mAt that time, we will know whether any issues he is experiencing are the fault of Marco Concrete LiftingIf any problems are due to the work outlined in our contract, we will be happy to make any repairs on the work that we completedWe ask that you please allow this appointment to take place before any complaint publishing occurs
