Review: On Saturday July 12, 2014 I brought my [redacted] ceramic watch to be repaired because the minute and the seconds arms fell off to the side. Once the watch was repaired I picked it up and put it on my wrist. Later that evening I looked at my watch to see what time it was. I noticed that the crystal(the glass) had fallen off the watch. I called Marco Jewelers on Wed 07/16/2014 and spoke to the woman that did the repair of my watch. She said that she could not guarantee any of the work and that I should bring my watch in to get an estimate to get a new crystal put on the watch. I have had this watch for 4 years, the crystal was never an issue. The crystal only fell off after she did the work to fix the minute and seconds arms. It was disappointing that the lady that worked on the watch did not want to hear anything I had said, she basically blamed me for the crystal falling off. The lady was the one that worked on the watch and she was the one that opened the watch. I feel that Marco Jewelers should be responsible for repairing the watch.Desired Settlement: I would like Marco Jewelers to pay for a replacement crystal for my watch.
