Hello,I am sorry that our customer [redacted] is dissatisfied with the sevice that was received on the 1995 Volvo 940.  Marco Muffler is not the converter manufacturer, and so we have to follow the rules of the converter manufacturer, Magnaflow, to get a converter warrantied. The customer...

can come back into our shop at [redacted] Sacramento CA 95821 and talk to our manager Phil [redacted].  We will remove the catalytic converter at no charge to the customer and install a test tube.  This will leave the car operable.  And we will send the converter into Magnaflow along with all documentation from Marco Muffler and SVS Volvo repair and [redacted].  Magnaflow will then determine if this converter is under warranty.   If Magnaflow warranties this converter, then the customer can come back into Marco Muffler and we will install a new converter at no charge on the customers vehicle.   Marco Muffler is not responsible for the $145.00 diagnostic charge.  The customer can request reimbursement from Magnaflow.   Please let me know if this solution is satisfactory to our customer.   Thank you,[redacted], CEOMarco Muffler, Inc.[redacted]
