I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution misses the mark.While I will agree that this closes the case, this "takes a cycle" stuff is baloney.  How long is a "cycle"?  How many times do you have to ask and how many cycles do you have to go through if the first one does not work?  And once they apologize telling you they indeed had a duplicate in their system .... promising to never darken your doorstep again .... what are you supposed to think when they email you AGAIN!  Just wait for another "cycle"? Funny that companies are able to get you on their mailing list at the click of a button .... but it takes some mysterious "cycle" to remove you .... If you believe that, you'll believe the dog ate my homework.Thanks for your help.  I trust all the cycles have now been worked through with these folks.
