I have been in business years and have never has an experience like thisThey wanted the project done in a few daysWe would need a week to complete the workWe can't lay bricks in the rain and had day after day we couldn't workThe

We started the project in April and have returned 12 times to address any issues she had. The porch needed to be taken apart but she did not want to spend the money needed and I lowered my estimate to accommodate. The customer called back today and said she spoke with her attorney and her attorney advised that when the job was done to her satisfied to have me call the Revdex.com to have the complaint removed. I sent a worker to her home and the front porch has been waterproofed and the silicone has been applied. I would like the customer to contact the Revdex.com and confirm the work is done to her satisfaction and I would like the complaint removed from my profile..
