I am responding to the Complaint submitted recently from Amigo Home Health All allegations made to Marcon Business Systems are totally false

We at Marcon Business Systems have kept up with the
Maintenance Agreement for Amigo Home Health for Service and Supplies on the Leased Copier and the MX-Copier currently
not on an Annual
Maintenance Agreement as well
1.
Accusations by Amigo Home Health are untrue
2. 2.
An Employee told me that Amigo Home Health wants
out of the Lease due to downsizing
3.
Found Equipment Sabotaged by Amigo Home Health
and they admitted actions verbal and through email (in order to cross Toners
they have to break off a piece of plastic to insert Toner/that is not
compatible)
4. 4.
Amigo Home Health contacted the Leasing Co
trying to get out of the Lease
5. 5.
We at Marcon stride with everything we can to please our customer Amigo Home Health Including bring another loaner while their
copier gets repaired to Factory Settings
due to faulty
power supply caused by Amigo Home Health
outlet/plug
6. 6.
Our Company Spent over $2,trying to
appease Amigo Home Health Care but nothing we did would make them happy because
they wanted out of the Lease

All allegations made to Marcon Business Systems are totally false.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Like I said before, the issue isnt with the maintenance agreement, the issue is we were told we were buying a new printer not a manufactured printer. Of course we want out of the lease, we didnt get what we were told we were getting. I wont even address the other claims in your response, addressing your lies will do us no good.
