MarCon's website states their team is made up of people who are friendly, professional and perform to a strict code of integrity - I could disagree. Marvin (owner and part of the team) showed up, prodded and poked holes in my eaves, then never sent the estimate he promised, I left multiple voicemails but never heard back from him. I did get a call from him pretending to be one of his employees (probably accidentally called while reviewing one of my voicemails), promising I would receive the estimate in a couple of days - I never received that estimate either. I have dealt with people like this in the past, but never again. When there is a problem, you will never be able to reach them again.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! Marvin and his team have down work for me on a couple of occasions and I have been tremendously satisfied with the value and the completion time. They are at the Top of Tier for me and will continue to call Marvin for future needs for my home. Thanks Marvin & Team!!

Marvin's crew is top shelf. My house, garage, out buildings, patio cover and stone walls all needed repair and painting. They also installed a window we needed. The results are outstanding. We are very happy with the professional job they did on the whole project. They anticipated our needs, kept out of our way, and cleaned up the whole place after it was all done. I am very happy with the job Marvin's crew completed. Even more important, and this is significant, his team pleased my wife. She is very demanding and was pleased with how Marvin's team responded to her requests and changes. If she's happy, I am more than happy. Thanks Marvin for a great job well done.

Marvin and his team did a wonderful job removing our popcorn ceiling, finishing and painting it. His team arrived on time each scheduled day and worked hard to complete the job on time and as planned.
We ran into a few issues which Marvin addressed promptly; he is truly outstanding! He gave exceptional service - timely, efficient and with care. A genuine true-to-his word professional.
We are so happy the popcorn ceiling is gone and the new skip trowel (texture Marvin recommended) freshly painted ceiling looks wonderful!

We've hired Marvin and his team on multiple occasions. Most recently to paint the entire exterior of our house. The house looks FANTASTIC.
The thing that impressed me most is his crews attention to detail. Our outdoor hose used to leak, they fixed it. I accidentally broke our "catio", when moving it, they fixed it. Both WITHOUT BEING ASKED.
Most impressively we run a string of Xmas lights across our street to our neighbors house. Somehow a fuse blew and I didn't want to to take down the entire set to find the fuse. Marvin's team came out w their ladder at 7:30 AM the next morning and fixed if free of charge, after the job was completed.
I couldn't recommend them more highly, HIRE THEM.

They kept the work area clean and even placed a drop cloth on the lawn.

Marvin’s house painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. They did lots of prep work before painting and replaced all bad wood . The finished job came out perfect. Highly recommended!!

Marvin and his crew did an excellent job of repairing our sliding door and the wood frame surrounding it. They put in extra hours to ensure the work was completed on time as we had requested. The quality of the work was exceptional, the door and frame looked brand new. Marvin was friendly and professional. He really is knowledgeable and knows how to fix things.

He was very considerate of my budget and was able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. Marcos and Ignacio are by far the best painters I have ever contracted! They were meticulous in their prep work, painting, staining and clean up. They were super kind as well and were very patient with me as I was debating color choices (which delayed their start). I strongly recommend Marvin and his team!! I am incredibly happy with the results of their work- my backyard feels brand new! I will definitely contract Marvin and his team again without hesitation.

We had Marvin's crew waterproof and repair our flower bed wall which had begun to peel badly. They also patched and painted the arch and side of the garage in our courtyard. Finally, they power washed and put a beautiful seal on our bricks which run along the back, side, and in the courtyard area of our house. Our outdoor space has never looked so good! Marvin's crew was fast, efficient, respectful, and produced wonderful results, all for a very reasonable price!
