Returned to Lowes when my Washer broke needing a part. I was given the number of this company to order the part from. Called and was told part was in Stock and would be delivered in 7-10 days. So we paid for the part and waited... now three months later STILL NO PART! We have called each week ONLY to speak to someone different each time that makes guarantees & promises that do not happen. Cancelled order last week and was told money would be returned to account in 24hrs. A week later it HAS NOT happened! We called today two different numbers explained the situation, and asked to speak to a supervisor... was told there is NO SUPERVISOR at any location that we could call & speak to... ?!? Looks like we will get no part or refund. We will NO LONGER buy appliances from Lowes, and will be filing a complaint with Revdex.com. Please do not use this company.

Review: Ordered part online at www.applianceparts.com 7/19/2015. Payment was processed 7/20/2015. Contacted number on website to inquire about order, was told no order info. Was told they did not take online orders and felt sorry for me. Payment by Bank listed phone number [redacted] that is Marcone Appliance Parts Center. Website claims orders shipped same day if ordered before 5pm. Fed-ex shipping. Beware of this website.
