I have had the worst experience using this company. On April 15th, I called to order a new oven rack. The salesman (I did not get his name unfortunately) lied to me and told me I was ordering an oven rack, when he sent me a sensor. He charged me $82! I called once it arrived and the saleswoman stated that the oven racks that I needed were no longer available and is not sure why the guy lied to me. She stated, "he must have just wanted to get the sale." I asked that woman to send me a UPS return label and she never did. After 2 weeks of waiting, I had to call back again to finally get the return label emailed to me. I've called 2 other times inquiring about my refund and I've been told 1) wait until the 16th, which it never hit our account, and 2) I'll call you tomorrow! I will NEVER use the company again and I hope others don't as well. I'm disgusted by the dishonesty!
