I am rejecting this response because: Their statement is NOT trueThe knob did not fit or enter the shaft so how could it be damageOnce I saw that it did NOT fit I did not go any further and send it back without hesitation

I am rejecting this response because: Their statement is NOT true. The knob did not fit or enter the shaft so how could it be damage. Once I saw that it did NOT fit I did not go any further and send it back without hesitation.

We had the customer ship it back to Bosch, we had them drop ship it for us as we do not stock that knob, we did has them to look at it again and they said on of the knobs had damage to the shaft and set could not be resold
