The part was priced at $117.99 (pn#[redacted] gasket-door;rc) at time of purchase at our branch location in Rochester under O#[redacted]. Tax of $9.44 was credited for total reimbursement of...

I ordered a part for my washing machine. It was a belt. I had a tech that came to see the machine. Before he looked at the machine he opened the part that I ordered from Marcone. As soon as the tech looked at the machine he knew the belt was not the immediate problem. The belt was never used or...

taken out of the package it came in. Because the tech opened the seal on the packaging the company will not honor their own return policy of 30 days of an uninstalled part. The return policy states that the part has to be in its original packaging and it is. I purchased the part on March 30th, 2015.The company will not give me a return authorization. The part was $64.26 with s & h and tax.







Desired Resolution

All I want is my money credited back to my account. I cant use the part and I have it in its original packaging and complying with return policy.
