Review: This company was paid to complete a home inspection for the buyer and failed to communicate or meet deadlines set with the buyer in accordance with the contract. Because the buyer was not happy with services given this company is now refusing to issue the paid for termite inspection after again stating this would be furnished to the buyer with the initial report. The initial report was 2 days late and the termite inspection is still not provided. This company has refused to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages from both the buyer and the buyers agent. Company representative and owner also attempted to get more money from the buyer stating a second inspection needs to be done as requires by the bank which was completely false information.Desired Settlement: Buyer just wants her termite inspection report so that she can move on and not deal with this company anymore.
