Marco's Pizza #3544

I order food from Marco's Pizza and paid for it with a credit card. The food was never delivered and I didn't get a refund.
At 7:49pm I called Marco's Pizza on Hamilton Road in Columbus Ohio. I ordered with the manager Halwa she said that the delivery time was running 45 minutes. At 9:20pm I called back to the Hamilton Rd location because I had not received my food. I held for 8 minutes on the line and no one picked up the line. I hung up and called again at 9:28pm this time I held for 20 minutes before Troy answered. I explain to him that I never received my order and I wanted to speak to the manager. He told me the manager was on her way to my address. I told him I want to cancel my order because I was told delivery would be 45 minutes and it was almost 2 hours. He said when she gets there just tell her I want to cancel the order. I said I already paid for the order then he said she's on her way back. I'll tell her to cancel the order when she gets back. I asked for a corporate phone number to put in a complaint. Troy put me on hold for 16 minutes and then hung up.I called from my son's phone while I was on hold with Troy and Halwa the manager picked up at 9:50. I told her I never received my pizza she said the driver couldn't find the location and came back and she said that she called and the driver called and no one answered. I told her loudly no one called my phone number and that I have had deliveries from this location before. I asked her how would I get my money back loudly and she said I was yelling at her and she hung up the phone. I called back again at 9:50pm and was put on hold. While still on hold at 10:05pm I called the Dublin-Granville location and spoke with Corey. I explained that I was trying to contact the Hamilton Road location because I paid for a pizza I never received and the manager hung up on me when I tried to get my money back. I asked Corey if the store locations had caller ID, he said his location has caller ID. I told him I believe the Hamilton store had caller ID also because I've called before and my phone number popped up and they were able to tell me my previous orders without even asking my name. I ask Corey for the corporate phone number he gave me the corporate phone number and told me to call them in the morning. I called the corporate number tonight and left a message then I called the store location back to see if anyone would answer and explain how to get my money back. The phone message said in the location was close for ordering but if something wasn't correct with your order they would answer the call. I held for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I am guessing they saw that my phone number from the caller ID and just didn't answer.
