came and performed the installation of the new Leach Lines. Attached is a copy of cancelled check #6135 made out to Marc Pluming in the amount of $3000. On the front of the check it say FOR Leach Lines. The check was endorsed and deposited into his account.

Review: We hired Marc's Plumbing Company to repair our leach lines, we asked specifically if we needed permits, he told us we did not need permits. We were contacted by the county inspector informing us we needed to have a contractor come out and dig in two areas and take samples. We have called Marc's Plumbing Company numerous times and he refuses to take our calls or call us back. We were informed by the county inspector that he did in fact talk to the owner and was told that he would not get involved with the situation.Marc's Plumbing Company is refusing to correct this situation.Desired Settlement: We need to have Marc's Plumbing Company work with the county to pass any inspections and permits at their expense.
