Marc`s Washer & Dryer Repair

Review: Marc came and repaired my washing maching. It washed 3 loads of clothes and broke again. It was the same problem he had fixed. My invoice said I had 90 days for the repaired. In contacting him, at first he said he said he has never had anything break that fast. He assured me he would take care of it. I called him several times. He even put me on a call with someone who sell washers. He said to give him until the end of the week. I did that but I was given and older working machine. I called him to ask for a refund of the price I paid for the repair. He said if he would have known what was wrong with my machine, he would have never come and fixed it. He also said he has so many customers calling him he can't keep up with everyone. Then he said he lost his invoice book. He did offer to come and take my broken washer so he could fix it and sell it. But said he would not refund my repair price. I explained to him, I was without a working washing machine for 2 months because he would not come and fix my washer that was under a warranty of his work. I have sent him emails, called him and texted him. The last time I spoke with him on the phone, I put him on speaker and had a co-worker listen as well. I was told to take him to court, that I could possible get back the cost of having to wash my clothes. I don't think it is right that he would want to come get my broken washer for him to fix and sell but not refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $98 refunded back to me. This is what I paid to have my machine fixed that only washed 3 loads of clothes before breaking again. That doesn't count the 2 months of taking my clothes somewhere else to be washed or having the non-working washer removed from my back yard. I know this is not a lot of money but more about accountability. I don't want this to happen to someone else.
