Tell us why here...Promotion In Motion, Inc(“PIM”) is the manufacturer, marketerand distributor of [redacted] .Mr [redacted] purchased [describeproduct]and on [redacted] left a voice mail message at PIM indicatingthat he was not satisfied with the texture of the product or the taste and thatit was “spoiled”We attempted to reach Mr [redacted] by telephone several times butwere unsuccessful in making contact with himWe finally reached him on July 17th.He questioned whether the product had expired, but the product code he provided( [redacted] ) indicates that this is still good product.Mr [redacted] demanded three boxes of products to replace the one boxwhich he claims was unsatisfactoryWe have attempted to resolve this with himbut he is now refusing to accept telephone calls from PIM.Product quality, safety and consumer satisfaction are our toppriorities.We look forward to an amicable resolution to this matter if Mr[redacted] is willing to discuss this with us

Ms[redacted] purchased a 40ct Welch's Fruit Snacks box and alleges that she became very ill, her symptoms lasted for days and she was "poisoned"She first contacted us via a post on Facebook on 7/8/We responded to her post and requested that she return the product to us so we could analyze it and address her concernsWe also requested the LOT code from the product so we could analyze our retained samplesWe are now in direct contact with her, she agreed to return the product to us and has done so and we are in the process of analyzing itThis matter has been given high priorityWe are in direct communication with Ms [redacted] and will continue to keep her advised of the results of our investigation and address her concerns

Per our conversation yesterday 9/I had informed you that Mr*** had refused to accept anything from us as of 9/We sent him a pre-paid postage envelope and fresh product via UPS and we were notified that he refused the deliveryWe would be happy to re-send to him, we just need reassurance that he will accept the delivery and in return send us the packaging and findings.Please advise, Thank you
