To Whom It May Concern,I am writing in regards to customer *** *** She called me in regards to a repair that needed to be fixed from a previous installer When I went to her house, I told her the few options we had to help fix the seam It could have a patch but there would
be two seamsShe did not like this optionThe only other option would be that we could glue it down but it would look the exact same due to the seam not being done properly originally We would be doing this to keep from anyone tripping So, we could only put glue under the carpet on the original heat tape Therefore, that is what my worker did for this customer. It is a repair job and it was stated from the beginning that it would only be fixing them from tripping However, it would look exactly the same due to the previous installation job The original price to just put the glue on the heat tape was my minimum charge which is $ Therefore, she did not pay us $for this job When we put the glue under the carpet, it was not holding the way she liked therefore she did not even pay us the $ It was not done to her liking therefore she did not pay anything for what we did Sincerely,Bill B
