Dr Black and his administrative staff, did not sent an insurance denial notification that was denied two years ago!, since 2014!
Now on April 2016 they are notifying me that I must pay ~$500. Due to their lack of follow up and terrible administration they did NOT notified me on time and they left me defenseless, now it is too late to put a claim or to dispute anything with my insurance Company.
This is not only unfair but abusive.
Besides the work done on my tooth was terrible, I had to consult with another dentist due to an unprofessional job done.
And now I am being forced to pay!
