As I explained in my first response to Revdex.com my husband and I were not the customers that hired Queen City BlacktopWe share a common driveway with the family that did hire QCBThe damage that was done to the driveway is close to where ithe driveway intersects with the main roadway and damaged the blacktop that supports a drainage pipe under the drivewayThe huge ruts in the grass created by QCB trucks was on our property not on the neighbor's propertyQCB may have contacted our neighbor (who hired QCB) and offered them monetary reimbursement to them but they have not offered the same to usThe damage to the driveway has been somewhat repaired by my husband in preparation for the winter months since it is now going on months with no action from QCBWe have paid for this repair NOY QCBI need to restate that we DID NOT hire QCB for driveway resurfacing but the damage was done to our yard by QCBThey contacting me by phone one time in early July with the comment that they would look into the situation and return a call to meI have NOT received any further call by QCB and no monetary offer by QCB was made to us for damagesI feel like the company has completely dismissed my complaint and the company has no intent to repair the damagesThis is not what a quality company does when damages to a person's property has occured

and we discussed the damages to our yard and drivewayThe person from GCB said he would call me backAs of this date, July 27th, I have not received any return call from GCB.?

MrSeta said his business did put down boards on driveway to prevent damageHe has met with the customer and apologized and offered $to take care of itHe said it is a 9' wide drive and so it is tricky to maneuverIt was an accident and not malicious
