All cars at Auto Sales are sold “As Is” [redacted] was at the car lot looking at the Chevy Astro Van on two different occasions and test drove the van himself We highly recommend for our customers to take the vehicle to their own mechanic to inspect I had driven the vehicle myself over 3,miles myself and ran good for us with no problems The customer was in about two weeks after purchasing the van to pick up his title and told the Salesman “that I will be looking for the owner and call him” This was said in a tone that was taken as a threat If Elvin would like to bring the van to our service center we will gladly check the vehicle out and possibly give him a break on pricing on repairs However, vehicle was sold “AS IS” and customer will be responsible for the repairsElvin signed paperwork more than one time that he was purchasing the van “AS IS” Please contact me with what the customer decides on servicing the van Thank you, [redacted]
