They have a good product, but their customer service has things to be desired. I have been ordering patches from them for years and always gotten what I have asked for, until now. This time I received patches with an emblem I did not ask for and could not wear. When I called to inquire I was told I was the one at fault as it was briefed to me over the phone and is standard to the squadron to which I could only reply, "I was not briefed and is standardly not worn". I requested a new set of patches that I could wear at my unit and they told me I would still be charged. Not the customer service I was expecting from what I once thought a great group of folks; I will be taking my business else where and telling new members of the squadron to use another company. They have lost this AFSOC business.
