Review: The technician [redacted] worked on my property that is located in [redacted] , CT somewhere around April or May , 2013 to correct a leak from the tub of my unit into the unit on a first floor. In September , 2013 , the tub was leaking again. October 1, 2013 [redacted] came to my property , and charged $216.90 for the repairs where he stated that he had to resecure the tub trap. The price also included 2 1/4 hours of labor. I called to the office for explanation ; however, I was told that travel time needs to be paid by a customer. This company charged The [redacted] condo association , and I had to repay for the service.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive a warranty for the service , and the statement of charges should be discussed before the job gets done. I do not want any refunds , but the quality repair should last longer than 4-5 months . Do not ever send [redacted] to my property to perform any work for my unit.

In regards to the letter dated January 27, 2014 - We reviewed the two service calls with our plumber [redacted]. The first service call took place on february 11, 2013. We checked for Unit #7D leaking into Unit #7B. We found the tub drain and trap rotted in Unit #7D. We installed a new tub drain and trap, tested everything and checked for any leaks. The second service call took place on October 1, 2013 (Eight months later). We again checked for Unit #7D leaking into Unit #7B. This service call we were unable to find anything leaking. We filled the tub and no leaks were found. We were with the building superintendent the whole time and he was also unable to find any leaks. We tested the tub numerous times with no leaks detected. [redacted] resecured the tub trap. He believes either the tub or the toilet overflowed causing the leak in the unit below. We warranty our repair service work for 30 days. The second service call was eight months after the tub drain and trap installation. We feel we did our job correctly and both invoices are justified. We did not send these invoices to the owner of the unit - they were sent to the management company who called us to perform the service work.

I am rejecting this response because: The explanation does not justify the charges that the plumber imposed against my unit without giving a disclosure that I will be charged for the travel time as well. I found this very poor practice. As far as I know , the first repairs were completed somewhere in March- April of 2013 not february , 2013.
