Very pleasant experience working with Marek and his crew. They were always on time and showed up everyday that they said they would. At 18k for my bathroom remodel they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and more. Marek is very knowledgeable in a variety of tasks that we definitely ran in to that wasn't planned and couldn't foresee. His crew kept a very clean working area in and around my house.

On May 16, 2014 my husband and I had a wood floor installed in our bedroom. This floor was installed on a concrete slab and in November of 2014 we noticed a pop in the floor when we walked on it. On November 12, 2014 my husband contacted Marek Krnac of marek Custom Carpentry who installed the flooring and he informed my husband that he would be at our house the following day(November 13th) to look at the problem. He did not show up. I have attempted to contact him by phone and e mail several times since and he has not responded. His web site states a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. However, we have not received this guaranteed service and therefore cannot recommend it to anyone else.Desired SettlementRequest why Marek Krnac has not responded to our frequent inquiries.Business Response Business is close and I am over seas. Be back in the states beginning of September this year.
