Unfortunately it is hard when the customer can not comprehend what he singed and walked him threw the process of the job. We will not find a resolution to this dispute at this timeI will try to explain the processInstalling the shower valve is not the only job that was done at the that timeThe $was for hours of work hour time spent on the shower installminutes on tub over flow replacementtime collection of material time on toilet flush valve replacementThen partial freight of custom partsand the rest in partsIt feels that the customer just want free work out off nothingWe had to order parts to retro fit the valve in the wall as per *** requestHe was told that there is no warranty to this install due to the retro fitted partsWitch is stated in the invoice he signed and consented toHe was never charged a set fee he was charged hourly for the time and materialWhen *** reached out he requested us to go back he was told theres a service fee to returnedHe was not pleasant and refused at witch time we told him to check the invoice witch stated how his father was billed and consented to the no warranty!!! *** knew the risk at the time he hand us an uncrated valve and a bag of fittings and parts and said make it workWhen we left the valve had hot and cold water and functional*** was given a solution to the problem he has refused and now threatening legal action and has refused a amicable solutionThey will be no refund of any kind as per they have originally agreed to a no warranty clause and being belligerent to usThis is our last comment on this matterMr*** is welcome to contact me if he wants to address this

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] has been contacted by my son, who has been managing this work from hiring Mr. [redacted] to overseeing the work performed, on several occasions and has not complied with our request to correct the work or reimburse us for lack of complete work. We informed him we had the correct Allen wrench and he still refused to accept that he damaged the tile wall and we had to replace the tile and re-drill new holes for the shower trim install. This cost us an additional $450 and we expect Mr. [redacted] to reimburse us for either his charges of $685 ( since his workl was not properly performed to instructions provided or he can reimburse us fo the cost to repair his shoddy work- $450.He refuses to cooperate with the person in charge, my son, and so he is neglecting his responsibilities and  avoiding repairing his improper installation.
