I spoke to a service tech over the phone at *** *** who then asked me to send my information through emailIncluded in that email were pictures of my roof damage and water damage from a leak and also three points of contactSEVEN days would pass before I, the customer, would then have to reach back out to them at 4:30AM on my way out for workConveniently, I was “on his list of people to call.” He would further explain that I would need to agree to the work before it began without even making a service call to assess the damageAll I got were excuses and not real answers as to why I was not contacted for SEVEN daysI reported his company to my insurance agent who referred me to them and also rated them star through ***Furthermore, after I said I would not be accepting his services, he continued to egg on a sitution by continuously texting my phone, so much to the point I had to threaten that the texts would be forwarded to my insurance companyThis was down right horr

We had this company replace our roof less than one year agoTheir website clearly states that there is a five year warranty on workmanshipWe have another leak at the exact same place on the roof and we contacted them and they refused to come out and help usI don't believe that they have any defense in this case
