The overall experience has been rather poor. the initial issue was I thought they had accepted a card called CareCredit which in fact they did not I made a mistake when I had looked at the website to see if they had accepted it. during the checkout process their computers at first they were going to contact me for payment. I had correspondent numerous times via Facebook messenger and email advising them that I needed to set up a payment arrangement as the company that they networked with for payments identified them as not affiliated with them any longer. Well that had not yet been resolved I began to notice that I had an eye that was drooping. the procedure that I received was done incorrectly and now I have part of my face is drooping down I look horrible. I tried to reach people not wanting to talk with specific manager named Sarah as she was rude to me from the beginning and can't seem to reach anybody other than her.

In regards to the above noted complaint to the Revdex.com this is our response. Several attempts were made to contact patient to resolve this matter. The patient left our office after her 6/18/2020 treatment without payment. We attempted to contact her regarding payment by phone 6/18/2020, 6/19/2020 and 6/22/2020. We have tried to reach out to her to address her concern after treatment offering her visits to return to see the provider in person and via telehealth to which the patient did not follow through with. On 7/6/2020 a letter was sent to the patient as one last effort on our part to resolve this issue.
The patient was messaging on social media with her complaint. This social media messaging is not HIPPA compliant. She continued to post despite messages to contact the clinic. I apologize if the patient thought that staff came across rude when stating matter of factly that we are not and never have been contracted with Care Credit to be able use their card for payment of services in our offices. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter I private messaged the patient stating: “We could discuss her concerns via a telehealth visit. We realize this is a stressful time, and as we value customer satisfaction, and would like to take care of your bill with L Medical Aesthetics. We hope to connect with you soon and that your interview goes well. Sincerely, Margaret”
We have not heard from the patient since. Regarding the drooping brow (Brow Ptosis), this is listed as a side effect of Botox and a risk anytime we treat the forehead. It can happen with expert injectors and some patients are not candidates for the forehead treatment. Fortunately, Botox (all neuromodulators) have a temporary effect. This has been a time of high stress and many disappointments for most everyone. Our intention is to help people look their best, I apologize this is not the case for this patient.

I purchased a *** for Larson Medical but when I went in, they refused to honor it stating I was not a new patient. I had been in a few years ago and was told at that time that after a set length of time (don’t remember if it was 90 days, 6 months or a year) I would be considered a new patient again. At the time of the refusal of service for which I had purchased, they stated I would be able to get a full refund thru ***. Then they marked my *** as being used making it impossible to get a refund. There is no way possible to contact *** to even talk to them once a *** has been marked as being used.
