The Dr. charged me full price as of Jan. 1 stating I needed to meet my deductible. After paying a total of $610 I discovered from my insurance company there never was a deductible to meet and she had not been submitting the visits properly and completely. When I calculated how much she had over charged me she stopped taking my phone calls or seeing me when I visited her office. I communicated with her by mail but got no return communication. She, obviously, knew she had overcharged me and would not discuss the matter with me. I am seeking reimbursement of a total of $360 to pay me back for the portion I was overcharged and my expenses incurred in collection. I can place no dollar amount in the damage caused by ruining the trust I placed in her and the damage caused making me insecure to recommend my Special Ed students to trust in their therapists.
