In Mr. [redacted]'s commitment...
to refund he states, "I'm not waiting anymore for my Sales rep to resolve this issue. I will give you a refund for your flooring." His response to this complaint is not what he has already committed Tri County will do. I'm more than happy to forward his written commitment to the Revdex.com.
