Artan ( who I believe is owner) was hired after another tile person did a terrible job to my basement1st guy did not level floor with thin set and used minimal mortar (3-bags as opposed to used by Artan )to seal tiles to ground Artan was hired a few weeks after the 1st guy and did an excellent job on our basement A few weeks after he job we noticed water damage to our walls after rainWater leaked through the window wellsWe noticed our sump pump was brokenThe pump was only months oldPump repair guy showed us how thinset cement had drained and collected in pump causing motor to break due to cement We called Artan about the damageHis answer was "we cannot control where the thinset travels during leveling process", then he stopped replying to our text
