customer of the Margaretville Telephone Company on February 1, 2016. At the time of the initial request for service the customer was quoted $70.00. It was brought to our attention that the customer believed they were incorrectly charged for the installation and we attentively Issued a credit for $20.00 on their next bill. The monthly fee for the package of service first purchased was $138.20 not including tax or Installation. The customer has the ultimate decision as to what package of service they need and our customer service representatives do the best to guide them based on their uses for the service. We do offer a variety of Internet speeds, consumers are not limited to one choice of broadband at the time they set up installation. The price of the broadband only package for the enhanced service being received by the customer is correct.
