The bid that I gave the client was a rough estimate and told the client that it would take 30-daysI told the client that before we got started that we would walk the project againI did not hear anything from the client for almost two monthsThis estimate was with the understanding that the funds were going to be cash and not financedThe client also never advised me that they were going to summit the rough estimate in to a lender because this would have changed the estimate amount Every one of my estimate calls for 50% of the funds down to start and the rest upon completionThey breached that part of the contractThe funding agency does not allow any upfront monies to start and require the contractor to fund the projects and get reimbursed for items that they completeThe client only lets me take draws to get my money back from their projectThe paperwork that the lender needed to get a draw took an average of business days from start of paperwork to getting the funds, this lead to the project lasting longer then the suggested 30-days As for the wrong products being installed I personally accompanied the client and wrote done product numbers to all of the products that were installed in the project As for the “mold” remediation the client did not “have it in the budget” to pay experts to have the mildew tested to positivity identify the growthI used a home store kit witch come up negative on the resultAs for running the furnace before the cleaning this did not happenAs a matter of fact we replaced the whole house HVAC which was done a day before the house vents were cleaned and sanitized

The bid that I gave the client was a rough estimate and told
the client that it would take 30-daysI told the client that before we got
started that we would walk the project againI did not hear anything from the
client for almost two monthsThis estimate was with the
understanding that the
funds were going to be cash and not financedThe client also never advised me
that they were going to summit the rough estimate in to a lender because this
would have changed the estimate amount
Every one of my
estimate calls for 50% of the funds down to start and the rest upon completion
They breached that part of the contractThe funding agency does not allow any
upfront monies to start and require the contractor to fund the projects and get
reimbursed for items that they completeThe client only lets me take draws
to get my money back from their projectThe paperwork that the lender needed
to get a draw took an average of business days from start of paperwork to
getting the funds, this lead to the project lasting longer then the suggested
30-days
As for the wrong products being installed I personally accompanied
the client and wrote done product numbers to all of the products that were installed
in the project
As for the “mold” remediation the client did not “have it in
the budget” to pay experts to have the mildew tested to positivity identify the
growthI used a home store kit witch come up negative on the resultAs for
running the furnace before the cleaning this did not happenAs a matter of
fact we replaced the whole house HVAC which was done a day before the house
vents were cleaned and sanitized

The bid that I gave the client was a rough estimate and told the client that it would take 30-45 days. I told the client that before we got started that we would walk the project again. I did not hear anything from the client for almost two months. This estimate was with the understanding that the funds were going to be cash and not financed. The client also never advised me that they were going to summit the rough estimate in to a lender because this would have changed the estimate amount.

Every one of my estimate calls for 50% of the funds down to start and the rest upon completion. They breached that part of the contract. The funding agency does not allow any upfront monies to start and require the contractor to fund the projects and get reimbursed for items that they complete. The client only lets me take 2 draws to get my money back from their project. The paperwork that the lender needed to get a draw took an average of 9 business days from start of paperwork to getting the funds, this lead to the project lasting longer then the suggested 30-45 days.

As for the wrong products being installed I personally accompanied the client and wrote done product numbers to all of the products that were installed in the project.

As for the “mold” remediation the client did not “have it in the budget” to pay experts to have the mildew tested to positivity identify the growth. I used a home store kit witch come up negative on the result. As for running the furnace before the cleaning this did not happen. As a matter of fact we replaced the whole house HVAC which was done a day before the house vents were cleaned and sanitized.
