Margaritas Unisex Salon

The owner of the salon gave me a uneven haircut a least an inch or more difference on right side compared to the lefti came back to the salon to show her and ask her for a refund the only option she gave me was to fix it or give me a gift card to get my toes done.As she looked over my hair with out my permission she decided to grab the scissors and commenced to cut a piece of my hair on the side that was already to shorti jumped out of the chair and explained to her that she was not allowed to cut my hair I felt that I no longer trust her to even fix my hair when she did a horrible job the first time and I wasn't interested in a gift card just the return of paymentshe turned very defensive and said I was impossible to please and revoked the offer for a girt card and said there was nothing she could do you for meI'm very disappointed in the customer serviceAll I wanted was for her to apologize for the bad cut and return my money
