1/21/Dear [redacted] ***, my name is Mario C [redacted] and I am writing in regard complaint number: [redacted] .On 12/28/ [redacted] called and order food, I was the one taking her order which was a small ham and cheese, a small turkey and cheese, one order of mozzarella stick, and one order of d=fried mushroom [redacted] did not tell me she wished to pay with a credit card and is not my job to ask how a costumer wished to payApparently she wanted to pay with a credit card and once the delivery guy got to her job she informed him that she wanted to pay by creditThe driver come back to the restaurant with the credit card and went back for [redacted] to sign the credit card slip.I usually leave about pm when I came back the next day saw a message about [redacted] called back, so I called on 12/29/and asked how can be of help?She told me that she was unhappy because the day before she had to wait for the driver to come back with her credit card slip for her to sign and therefore her mozzarella stick and fried mushrooms were cold, even know it wasn't our fault that she didn't tell us that she wanted to pay with credit, I asked her how can help you? She told me since her appetizer were cold, she asked me if I can refund the purchase price of the both appetizersI said no problem will refund your credit card $which was the price of the appetizers.When I asked her to give me the credit card so I can issue a credit, she was upset about it "I don't know what you are going to do with my number".Anyway she did give me her credit card number and I did refund the $10.00, by far was not rude, I am an outstanding member of the Muhlenberg community and if you need to ask about my character, encourage you to call any public office in the township and I will be more than sure that you will be more than impress on what kind of individual I am.I do not wish to refund the remainder of the ham and cheese and turkey and cheese.If I can be of any other assistance regarding this issue feel free to contact me.Sincerely,Mario C
